(Pre)Marital Integrative Wellness Coaching provides you and your partner the opportunity to engage, explore, and establish health behaviors that work for you as individuals, and as a ‘team’ prior to marriage.

In the area of food and nutrition, I provide education and experimental opportunities through a Contemplative Practice known as "Mindful Eating".
This method of approaching food and nutrition provides the opportunity to explore the thoughts, feelings, and impulses around food.
Some folks work best with schedules and rules when it comes to food, and I take this into account when planning your Individualized Wellness Program.
The practice of paying attention to what occurs before, during and after eating allows one to attune to ones own body and mind.
This practice is a skill you can take with you to any occasion where food is involved, and make conscious decisions instead of impulsive reactions.
Relationships, spirituality, career, and exercise are just as important to our overall health as the food we eat. Yet, sometimes we need a little support outside of our friends, family, and regular stomping grounds (work, church, gym, etc.).
That's where I come in.
With my knowledge and experience, both academic and personal, I provide the supportive shoulder, the open ear and analytic mind to support you on your path.
Our work together will allow us to develop a customized formula to help you reach and manage your Health & Wellness Goals.

There are times when referrals may be necessary when Clients have needs that are beyond my scope of practice. With your written consent, I can collaborate with other professionals on your health team, such as: nutritionists, psychologists, physicians, physiologists, allergists, etc. I find this collaboration to be very helpful in integrating more facets of a clients life experience into the work we do.
